Product tech details: The battle arms ar 15 fixed clamp on front sight was designed exclusively for brownells to allow for the longest sight radius possible. No more settling for back up sights attached at the far end of the handguard or front sight bases permanently attached at the gas port. With the fixed front sight the user can place the assembly as close the muzzle as possible with it solely in contact with the barrel. When shooting prone even free float handguards will flex. If employing iron sights any front sight attached to the handguard will be affected. Machined from 7075 t6 aluminum & featuring a matte black anodized finish this front sight will be as durable a mfg battle arms development inc.
